Biography
Rosa Camarena is a bilingual (English and Spanish) Family Nurse Practitioner with Full Practice Authority at Absolute Integrated Health. She has more than two decades of healthcare experience, including critical care, procedural medicine, and primary care, with a special interest in chronic disease management, chronic pain, metabolic health, and IV hydration and wellness therapies. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Rosa cared for critically ill patients at UI Health, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, and The University of Chicago Medical Center, gaining extensive experience in intensive care, cardiology, gastroenterology, and interventional radiology. She is passionate about building lasting relationships with her patients, providing compassionate, evidence-based care, and continually expanding her knowledge to bring the latest advances in medicine to those she serves.
