The Physical Therapist perform a hands-on, one-on-one approach with the patient to progress and treat problem areas. Upon the initial session with your physical therapist, they will examine and assess your needs. Furthermore, the physical therapist will perform tests to measure range of motion and mobility. These simple assessments test the strength of muscle groups.

After the evaluation has been completed, the physical therapist will work with you on creating a productive treatment plan. Specifically, your treatment plan will include detailed workouts personalized to address your needs.

The plan will include goals such as improved functionality, reduced pain and inflammation in targeted areas.

Exercises using various machines to strengthen muscles
